COACHING TERMS: A coaching relationship between two parties is a relationship whereby the Coach assists the Client in meeting the Client's potential within the areas the coaching relationship is meant to focus on.

Client hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following general provisions:

1. BUILT Nutrition & Training is not a medical doctor or registered dietitian and the Coach is only providing recommendations to Client.

 

2.BUILT Nutrition & Training recommends Client consult a medical doctor before beginning, implementing, or using any of the recommendations provided by Coach.

 

3.BUILT Nutrition & Training cannot and does not offer any guarantees or refunds.

 

4. Client is not authorized to disseminate, share, convey, or transfer any recommendation, either orally or written, provided by Coach without the express written consent of BUILT Nutrition & Training. All content on any website(s), social media pages, groups, profiles, emails, as well as content transmitted with and/or as part of products and/or program and services or through any other channels, online or offline, including any designs, graphics, logos, icons, text, images, audio and video clips, the selection, compilation, collection, assembly, and arrangement thereof are protected under copyright laws of Canada, the USA and other countries.

 

LIABILITY RELEASE: Client hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless, BUILT Nutrition & Training, (including all owners, employees, and affiliates thereof) from any and all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, debts, dues, contracts, judgments, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity stemming from this Agreement. Client expressly agrees that this release, waiver, and indemnity clause is intended to be as broad and inclusive, and if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. Client expressly states that Client has no known physical or mental condition(s) that would impair Client’s ability to participate fully in a coaching program. Client has carefully read the foregoing release and indemnification clause and understands the contents thereof.

 

PROGRAM TERM AND FEES: In consideration of the above referenced release, the parties heretofore have agreed to the following coaching program and fee schedule:

Client shall pay BUILT Nutrition & Training $167 USD upon registration and $167 one month later. Coach may also agree in a separate, written document to expand the scope of the program and services to include additional items. Such written document may be informal, such as an email and may include additional fees, as applicable.
