At 16, I was diagnosed with PCOS, and like many women, I felt overwhelmed, confused, and out of control. I struggled with symptoms like irregular periods, acne, weight gain, and fatigue, and every piece of advice I found seemed to contradict the last. Doctors offered medications, but I knew there had to be a better way.

Over the past 11 years, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding PCOS and how to manage it naturally.
