Terms and Conditions for PCOS Made Manageable Program

 Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing and enrolling in the PCOS Made Manageableprogram (the "Program") offered by SimplifyPCOS, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing your purchase and enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Program Overview

PCOS Made Manageable is a 4-month educational and coaching program designed to provide guidance on managing symptoms of PCOS through structured nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and movement practices. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. By purchasing the Program, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Payment Terms

  • The Program fee is $1,800 paid in full. You will not be charged anything else.
  • Payments are non-refundable once made, except as outlined in Section 4 below.
  • By selecting the paid-in-full option, you commit to the full program cost, even if you decide to discontinue the Program.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for the Program except in cases where the Company is unable to deliver the promised services due to unforeseen circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Program Access

  • Upon enrollment, you will gain lifetime access to the Program materials, including but not limited to video lessons, downloadable resources, and guides, via the Program platform.
  • Access to coaching calls and live support is limited to the 4-month duration of the Program and must be scheduled and used within this period. Unused calls cannot be carried over or refunded.
  • Access is granted only to the individual purchaser and may not be shared or transferred to others.

6. Participant Responsibilities

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to:

  • Follow the Program guidelines and protocols to the best of your ability.
  • Consult with your healthcare provider before making significant dietary, lifestyle, or supplement changes.
  • Disclose accurate and complete information during the intake process to allow for personalized recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including but not limited to videos, handouts, recipes, and guides, is the intellectual property of SimplifyPCOS, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any Program materials without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Program is provided for educational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
  • The Company is not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or complications arising from participation in the Program.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program.

10. Privacy

Your personal information, including but not limited to health-related details provided during the intake process, will remain strictly confidential and will never be shared, sold, or distributed to any third party without your explicit consent.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
